Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears fraudulent or violates our policies.

Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded artwork, spelling, logos, and design details are accurate before approving production.

SweetCree Co. is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Artwork Ownership

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use it for the purpose of your order. You are responsible for ensuring that the submitted artwork does not infringe the rights of any third party.

SweetCree Co. is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-submitted artwork.

Pricing

Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

Production

Production for custom orders begins only after artwork has been approved, any applicable digitizing and shipping fees have been approved, and payment has been received.

Intellectual Property

All SweetCree Co. branding, logos, website content, graphics, and original designs remain the property of SweetCree Co. and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission. Customer submitted artwork remains the property of the customer or its respective rights holder.

Limitation of Liability

SweetCree Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customer Supplied Apparel & Materials

SweetCree Co. does not accept customer supplied apparel or materials for embroidery or customization. All apparel and materials used for orders must be sourced and provided by SweetCree Co.

Custom Orders & Digitizing

SweetCree Co. accepts custom embroidery and bulk apparel orders using garments and materials sourced and supplied by our business.

All custom orders require an approved quote before production begins.

Digitizing fees will be determined by the complexity of the submitted artwork and communicated to the customer for approval before work begins.

Payment is required before digitizing and production begin, as outlined in the approved quote or invoice.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights or permissions to use any logos, artwork or designs submitted for embroidery.

All purchases are subject to SweetCree Co.'s Return & Refund Policy. Please review the policy before completing your purchase.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website.
