Custom & Personalized Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our work, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom embroidered apparel
- Custom embroidered materials
- Personalized orders
- Business logo embroidery
- Artwork-based custom products
unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by SweetCree Co.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
